By accessing and using AUTOMIFYA's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
AUTOMIFYA provides web design, development, and related digital services. All services are described on our website and in project proposals. Services begin after full payment is received.
All prices are in USD. Full payment is required before project work begins. We accept major credit cards via Stripe. Payment is non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final deliverables. AUTOMIFYA retains the right to use completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and necessary approvals. Delays caused by client inaction may affect delivery timelines.
All plans include the number of revisions specified on the Pricing page. Additional revisions are available at our standard hourly rate.
We provide 30 days of post-launch support included in all plans. This covers bug fixes and minor adjustments, not new features or design changes.
AUTOMIFYA's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain.
